We’re in the middle of a federal election campaign and it’s at a time of great global upheaval, dominated for now by big new uncertainties flowing rapidly out of the Trump administration in Washington DC. But the turmoil is bigger than Washington, with wars in Europe and the Middle East, military technology changing rapidly and an empowered, aggressive China.
